We’re looking for an Experienced Pool Plumber to join our growing team and bring our designs to life with precision and skill.
Job Summary:
As an Experienced Pool Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all plumbing systems associated with swimming pool construction. This includes setting equipment, running plumbing lines, pressure testing, and ensuring all work complies with local building codes. You will work closely with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to ensure timely, accurate, and safe plumbing installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install pool plumbing systems including return lines, skimmers, main drains, and equipment pads.
Set and plumb pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems.
Pressure test plumbing systems to identify and resolve leaks or weak connections.
Read and interpret construction plans and schematics.
Work with PVC, flex pipe, and other plumbing materials commonly used in pool installations.
Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with other crew members and project managers to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues as needed on new and existing pools.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in swimming pool plumbing or similar plumbing work.
Strong understanding of pool hydraulics and plumbing system layouts.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient with plumbing tools, fittings, and materials specific to the pool industry.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automation systems (e.g., Jandy, Hayward, Pentair).
Familiarity with state and local pool code requirements.
