Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to support our pool excavation and driveway preparation projects in the field. This role requires experience operating machinery and the willingness to get off the machine and help with labor tasks when needed. You'll play a key part in our grading, trenching, and final prep work for both pools and driveways.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery for pool digs and driveway prep.
Perform rough and final grading for both residential and commercial projects.
Load/unload materials and assist with trenching, compacting, and clean-up work.
Work closely with field foremen and crews to execute work efficiently and accurately.
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
Assist with manual labor tasks when not operating equipment.
Follow all company safety protocols and site regulations.

Qualifications:
2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience, preferably in pool or hardscape construction.
Ability to read job site plans and work with grading specifications.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor when necessary.
