Apex Pavers and Pools is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Warranty Technician to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our clients after project completion by diagnosing, documenting, and resolving warranty-related issues. The Warranty Technician will serve as the primary point of contact for post-construction concerns, ensuring our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to warranty service requests promptly and professionally.
Diagnose, repair, or schedule repairs for warranty-related issues on completed pool and paver projects.
Perform minor repairs and adjustments on-site, including pool equipment, plumbing, pavers, tile, and grout.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to complete warranty work as needed.
Accurately document warranty issues, actions taken, and resolution timelines.
Communicate with customers to provide updates, explanations, and excellent service throughout the warranty process.
Maintain knowledge of Apex Pavers and Pools’ warranty terms and conditions.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure all warranty work meets company standards.
Identify trends in warranty claims to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in pool construction, paver installation, or warranty service is preferred.
Basic understanding of pool equipment, plumbing, and masonry repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Capable of bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
